Can I return or exchange items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. In addition, due to the nature of downloadable products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a fatal problem with the product, we will respond. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via the inquiry form .
What payment methods do you support?
We accept credit cards (VISA, Master Card, AMEX) and bank transfers. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that any bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
Can you issue a receipt?
Yes, we do. Once we have confirmed your payment, a message will appear on the order page stating "You can download the invoice." Click on the link in that section to download the PDF file.
*The TEE SHOP delivery note is issued as both a delivery note and a receipt.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations of orders due to customer convenience.
When placing an order, please ensure there are no mistakes before placing your order.

How long will it take to deliver postcard products?
We deliver postcards within 10 days. However, products that require the insertion of photos or editing of text during the production process may take a little longer. Please order well in advance, or if you are in a hurry, you can purchase the data and print it yourself.
If it is already printed, how was it printed?

- On-demand printing (borderless)

It seems like the consumption tax calculation is 1 yen too much. Why is that?
Our shop, "TEE SHOP," is operated using the e-commerce platform Shopify.
Due to Shopify's specifications, consumption tax is calculated by rounding up or down, so depending on the total amount, it may end up being 1 yen higher.
We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.
I want to purchase data only. Do I need to enter my address?
Due to system reasons, you will need to enter this information.
However, if you are reluctant to enter your address for privacy reasons, you can also make your purchase using a fictitious address.
However, please understand that we will not be able to respond to any problems that arise from entering a fictitious address.
I would like to see the actual calendar sample. Can I request a sample?
Yes, we have sample calendars available.
If you would like a sample, please contact us via the inquiry form . The sample we will give you will not be personalized and will be one copy only.
Numbers are limited.
Please note that we cannot send samples if the item is out of stock.
Can I order from overseas?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship overseas. However, you can still purchase the data only, so please feel free to use this service.
